The Process

The process of losing weight is complicated. A variety of factors can influence weight gain or inhibit your ability to lose weight. What we put into our bodies, calories in versus calories out, as well as our mindset, understanding and healing our relationship with food, and our relationship with ourselves, all play an important role in our weight loss journey.

Each of us has a unique metabolic profile, which means we react differently to different foods and diets. This could be due to your genetics or an underlying health condition such as insulin resistance, poor blood sugar regulation, thyroid dysfunction, high stress, inflammation, or hormonal imbalance. This, in turn, influences what your body craves, burns for energy, or stores as fat.

Our nutritionist will address this with you in each of our sessions

To achieve a different outcome, you must alter your actions and behavior. You must change your mindset and negative thought patterns in order to change your actions and behavior. Everything your mind says is heard by your body. When you begin with a limiting belief focused on what you can’t do, your nervous system is signaled to respond negatively, destroying any motivation you have to take action.

  • A body composition assessment to assess your current weight, body fat %, body water %, visceral fat rating, metabolic age, muscle mass and metabolic disease risk

SESSION 2: MEAL PLAN FOLLOW UP & MINDSET (60 MINS)

This consultation is focused on identifying your struggles, limitations, progress & disruptive patterns. By identifying these at the start you will have more control over your negative thoughts thus maximising your willpower for consistent and lasting results. Plus a body composition to track your progress.

SESSION 3: FOLLOW UP & SETTING GOALS (30 MINS)

We will create an action plan broken down into small, focused and achievable weekly goals that will compound to achieving your BIG end goal. Plus a body composition to track your progress.
